SWEAT is the 1st Hybrid Multi-functional Training Facility in the state. It is also the first TRX Host Facility in Arkansas. Our primary training philosophy is a new and enhanced approach to H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) that infuses total body conditioning, functional strength training and several proven exercise concepts. Because it’s multi-functional, it delivers the most efficient, effective workouts and yields the greatest results in the shortest time frame

Where traditional interval training ends, S.W.E.A.T Interval Training begins.

Kid’s Fitness and Sports Performance
We also offer Individual and Bootcamp classes that focus on your young athlete’s reactive power, speed/strength endurance, functional core strength, joint mobility, flexibility, sports nutrition and sports psychology.
Our program offers a comprehensive approach to helping develop your young athlete into an ELITE Level Athlete. You may have experienced others, and they may have been good; But our sports performance specialist, Josh “The Technician” Epps, will show you how we are Redefining Fitness on all LEVELS!
We also offer Golf Fitness and Sr. Fitness.
SWEAT by Dr. FiT offers private and group training experiences at various times.
