I love to work out, but had plateaued until I joined Dr Fit’s workout group. Patrick has motivated me to not only meet my personal goals, but exceed them and enjoy fitness at the next level.
When I met Patrick “Dr. Fit” Jamerson 8 months ago, I had never worked out in a gym in my life. I knew I needed to make a change but I had no idea where to start. I was not up for the ‘cookie cutter’ approach to fitness, being in a gym with a group of intimidating people and machines. I needed a custom approach to meet my needs. Patrick has worked with me very closely from day one, constantly adjusting my pace to fit my needs. With his help, I have been able to achieve amazing results. To date, I have lost 55 pounds and more importantly 21% body fat…and still going. Patrick really focuses on the TOTAL fitness picture, not just weight loss. This has been the easiest lifestyle change I have ever made and I will definitely never go back to the old way because being part of the NXT Level family is awesome!
I have been racing BMX bicycles for over 27 years, following the annual USABMX Nationals. In January of 2012 I met Patrick “DR FIT” Jamerson and started training for the race season. After working with Patrick for 12 weeks and in the best condition of my race career, I crashed during my race in Monroe LA tearing my left rotator cuff. Doctors and specialist encouraged me to have surgery right away. After long consideration and discussions with Patrick, I chose rehab and strength training as my healing process.
After 10 months of extensive training and rehab with Patrick, I am back on the racing circuit again and competing against some of the best in the country. Patrick has been one of the most motivating and passionate trainers I have ever worked with. I would recommend Patrick aka “Dr Fit” to not only professional athletes but anyone who is looking to be the best of the best.
I’ve always been in okay shape and done plenty of different workout routines, but have never had the results I’ve had with Patrick. Training experiences are fun and encouraging. I leave feeling better about myself and ready to tackle the day – I love it!
I have worked out on my own or with a trainer pretty much since my college days. I am 47 and can honestly say, I have never met someone that works at making sure he gets the very best out of every workout as Dr. Fit. I started working out with him 6 months ago and I have lost about 8% body fat, and feel so much stronger. People I run into that I have not seen in several months, ask what I have been doing, and are always saying I look lean and better than they have seen me in years! I just signed up for another entire year of his training! I can’t wait to see where we go from here!!!
I recently added P90X to my workout regimen, and have to say that after working out with NXT level, the videos honestly feel second nature to me…still a good workout but not as challenging as my personal training with Next level fitness…
Training with Dr. Fit has been a game changing experience for me. I’ve never had the drive to push myself to this high of a fitness level in the past; however this is no longer the case. This can be strictly attributed to Dr. Fit’s
passion for fitness and the camaraderie of the Alpha Male’s at 5:00 am!
